Garden waste collection
City where company is located (optional): Amlwch

Garden waste not collected, the green waste dates are no longer on the calendar, I was unsure if the green bins were to be emptied today when I rushed out to put my bin out the waste truck simply drove off without stopping or collecting my waste, I have been told that no refunds will be given if you wish to cancel your collections. this is a disgrace, you are expected to pay for a insufficient service and can't claim money back for the rest of the year if you wish to cancel, why are we paying extra money for a service that isn't provided, I contacted the council within 3 minutes of my bins not being emptied. I shouted for the driver to stop and empty my waste, he ignored my calls but the drive in the other van looked at me and shrugged his shoulders, so they knew I was there, they knew i had put my bin out. This is absolutely disgraceful.

I am on medication for mental health issues and do not need this additional stress.
