Don't use, Customer service is terrible, once they have your money they are virtually impossible to contact hours on hold on phone!!

Don’t use this company 😡
They are very quick to take your money , but if there are any problems and you need talk to them , you will be out of luck , I have been trying to talk with them for a week they have promised to call me back 3 times and haven’t done.
And I’ve waited on the phone 3 times for an hour to get through .
They are a terrible company with no respect for us , their customers.
AVOID ….

Booking error on holiday

Iglu made a mistake booking our flights on a recent cruise resulting in
my whole family missing a flight and having to pay for a further flight. I have been waiting for 21 days for a response and still no contact. I am now reporting this to ABTA to deal with. Customer service is disgusting, left hanging on the phone for 1 hour only to be told I couldn't speak to anyone in customer relations I would have to wait for a response, still waiting....

Holiday booking

After waiting literally HOURS on the phone and chat line we cannot contact Iglu regarding issues of our £22000 cruise. Totally awful customer service We are about to co Consider cancelling the whole lot!!!

Massive problems in talking to anyone at Iglu

It seems almost impossible to talk to anyone at Iglu. I was promised a call two weeks ago (Friday 5pm) that never happened. Have phoned since asking for callback and nothing. There are currently 10 people ahead of me in the telephone queue. Its a nightmare!

Worst customer care service ever. We were not informed of P&o policy change by Iglu cruise which meant 30 days before we were due to travel with friends on our Iglu cruise linked booking after 2 years of waiting, we were told by P&o we could not travel because of this policy change even though Iglu cruise had informed us we were good to travel. Now fighting to get a refund through misinformation and lies, horrendous and extremely stressful experience. Never again.

Booking vow renewal

I booked a cruise for my wedding anniversary for a vow renewal. I immediately made contact with iglu to make the request and get it all set. Was told over and over it would be done and not a problem and never received a response. I chased and chased and 3 days before we go they finally contact the cruise line to be told no well dur no one can organised it for 3 days time. Now have a cruise but no vow renewal and unable to cancel trip and do renewal elsewhere. All clothing purchased and our anniversary ruined

Impossible to download E tickets and Luggage labels

We have been a very loyal customer but I won't be using Iglu again because of incredibly poor customer service.
