Ethics & Fraud & Alfa Romeo Stelvio Waranty

I am writing in this forum as I do not know where to file this complain... If you can help with an email adress i would appreciate it.
I would like to draw your attention on the following unpleasant situation:
My strong believe is that I was cheated by the Auto Italia Impex SRL ) as for 7 months (December to July ) I have been told that they will remediate my problem and even asked for money (which I paid since December) but did not remediate; furthermore I was assured by the Director that if I make an official request – he will get it approved. However, this did not happened.
I want to claim practically 2 situations:
A. - one related to ethics and I dare to say even fraud if I was not insistent enough and threatening that I will sue them, I could have lost my money paid on 15th December to O. H. (local employee) Not clear to me how a situation like this can occur in such a big company which treasures their image.
B- the particular situation related to extension of guarantee for the car Alfa Romeo Stelvio, ZARFAHLN2H7B64293 for which I kindly ask your opinion also. Please see detail on the translation of the official letter send to Auto Italia Impex SRL in July- after 7 month of being assured that there is no problem on resolving this.
Please see below the details and proof of my saying for point A.
In December I discussed with O.H. who asked me for money to remediate put the car in the guarantee due to the particular situation. (I can provide bank transfer proof )
Since December many discussions and phone calls and physical visits took place from my side with Oliviu Hrab; but without any clear result, just being delayed. ( I can provide proof for the many sms and conversations, even for the physical visits- witnesses)
In June he did no longer answer the phone and his colleagues told me he does not work there and they do not know where he is. So, I decided to talk to his senior , namely Marius Geama, on 14th June , who seemed surprised by the story, he confirmed that the person still works in the company, he also seemed surprised by the 2 service books (one additional made by this guy). He looked to me reasonable and told me that he will take it over and it will be resolved; however – this did not happen either; however I finally received an official negative answer on 14th July .
I could not imagine that such situation can appear in such a big company. So, in conclusion my question is if this is the normal way of dealing with your customers and what should I do next?
