I have had my car with Honda brayleys Enfield since 2014 I used to be very happy with the customer service and care, but now I am very disappointed with the company, they no longer do MOT and services on a Saturday so I had to take day off work also they no longer allow customers myself to drop car off and wait. I also got a phone call saying I need a new light bulb where I knew 100% it was working before the gentleman pick my car up and charging ridiculous price as a light bulb only cost about £1 or two. Seems like they don't care anymore I am been very disappointed, I was going to update my car with a new Honda Jazz but now making me really think I will get a new model and make. Makes me very sad as I have been going there ever year for MOT service and repairs since I got my car back in 2014. But no more :(
