What a valuable asset CJ Guard was on Wednesday's Thameslink from Victoria! Despite the vitriol she receives for doing her job, she was wonderful and promptly discovered where we were to change trains. Five children and a grandson are parents from the Windrush generation. Thameslink, you need more like her.
