Alright, so everyone is aware of how ridiculously high the prices are at all UK airports.Having said that, I think the personnel at Glasgow Airport are the best and friendliest of all the airports I have been to. Even the customs officers, who have a bad reputation for being unpleasant, are the only people at the airport who make you feel welcome and smile.Glasgow, congratulations on your outstanding customer service and for creating a benchmark that few other airports can match.

Fantastic experience at Glasgow Airport during the 10 a.m. trip to Gran Canaria on Sunday, November 26. I needed help because I had a terrible back, and the Jet2 employee who helped me check in, Usman, and the kind woman with blonde hair who assisted me at the airport are a credit to the airport. Since I'm not the lightest person, I was embarrassed to be pushed through in a wheelchair, but these staff members made me feel comfortable, secure, and genuinely caring.
