Very helpful and friendly staff. The employees were incredibly helpful when I had an issue with a parcel delivery. They waited for my delivery to arrive and stored it securely until I could get it. I really appreciate it.

Bad services and manners, took me three visit to collect my parcel. The parcel have been left on the counter for few day. went to the shop and was told no parcel there, after communicate with the sale and check the tracking number. I went the second time. Abdul the counter quickly browsed the piles and replied : there is no parcel for me. I begged him to check again careful as it is my second visit. finally he find it just right next to him at the desk. now he scanned it and this will generate the bar code, and I have to come back again with bar code. even though I had My ID, tracking number I still have to come back third time to collect it. Totally rubbish service. will never use it again. first and never ever again.
