i WISH TO COMPLAIN OF THE CUT OFF FROM ONE OF YOUR STAFF IN DEALING WITH AN ISSUSE OF THE NET WORK BEEN DOWN AS I COULD NOT GET A TRUE READING OF BOTH METERS P[LUS MY SMART METER WAS TELLING ME TO GET IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES. i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS PROBLEM SOLVED FROM SINCE THE 25TH . ONE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE FIXED TO DAY. ONE TOLD ME THIS EVENING TO DO IT MANUALALLY WHICH I DID AND IT WORKED BUT HE HAD ALREADY CUT ME OFF WHILE I WAS SORTING IT OUT. FUTHER MORE NONE OF YOUR TELPHONE NUMBERS SEEM TO WORK EITHER. I MUCH PREFER TO SPAEK ON THE PHONE AS IT IS MORE EXPLAINFUL THAT TYPING MUCH FAST ON THE PHONE. HE THEN TELLS ME TO UNPLUG MONITOR FOR 24HRS AND THAT SHOULD CLEAR IT BUT I ALREADY DONE THAT ON MONDAY AND IT WAS STILL THE SAME.I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR 15 YEARS AND TURN DOWN OTHER FIRMS AS I LIKE TO STAY WITH WHO I KNOW . SO IF SOMEONE CAN GET THE BALL ROLLING AND SORT THIS NET WORK OUT. OUR IF YOU WHAT TO KNOW MORE IN CASE YOU DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TAKING ABOUT I COULD EXPLAIN BETTER VERBALLY OVER THE PHONE ON 01252663036.
