As a resident of Eastleigh Borough, I have interacted with the council on a number of occasions, and I have to say that they are excellent. They are really professional and pleasant, and they answer my questions and complaints promptly. They provide a wide range of recycling choices, including food bins, green bins, battery and glass pickup, and more. The office workers put in a lot of effort, and when I sent them an email requesting extra clear sacks, they delivered them to my door in less than a day. incredibly professional and effective council. When you call, you are connected to the appropriate person right away and are not kept waiting.
