I ordered pizza in July. And the order went through twice, I queried this with the delivery guy who wasn’t interested. I called the stores straight away and there was no answer. I called up the next day as the ordered had gone through twice. I spoke to a lady manager he was very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. She advised me the money would be refunded to my account for one of the charges and then advised me there would be £50 credit To my account I would just need to call up abs order and credit would be attached to my phone number. I called up on 20th august to place an ordered and was advised that they would no by the phone number and to place it online. And they would sort it out. Therefore I did this. Then called back as noticed it had come out my account straight away. Called the store again abs advised there was no credit on the account: and he couldn’t track the ordered I had placed in July. I spoke to a new manager called Danny he had W care free attitude abs was not very helpful at all. He wasn’t a bit interested in the situation or what had happened. I only called to orders as the kind lady manager had advised me to do so. I feel that Danny could do with some further training and should consider regular customers and also added hassle that I did not need. It wasn’t such wn issue about not receiving the credit as felt it was a very kind gesture anyway however it’s not so kind when it isn’t carried through and it was more his attitude like he was on the defence and his exact words where what do you want me to do, then I obviously had to wait 4/5 working days for the refund all of which if he had bothered to check prior to me placing the order online. Although tou are a big company abs my custom isn’t important to you I do feel that Danny was very rude and didn’t care for anyone but himself and I don’t think he was up to his role abs didn’t understand the importance of good customer service. I would like you to address this with the employee as do feel very disappointed in the service and Danny also laughed down the phone a lot.
