unfortunately there is not a lower rating that 1 star.... TV bought which went faulty within warranty. spent hours on the phone being passed from pillar to post between technical and POS. I will be taking my complaint forward.

Highly NOT Recommended - No Customers Complaints Department



I have had my new JVC tv for 6 months and have had numerous dis-functional issues with it eg. the tv turning on by itself after being turned off, channels and accounts being added on and black screens showing instead of the programme.



In order to sort out the problems firstly I spent over an hour and a half on the phone explaining the problems to an operative and who then guided me through the stages of 'resetting' the tv. But this did not solve the problems I was having with it.



So I sent the tv in for repairs. They did whatever they say they did and returned it seven days later. There was no communication with the repairs teams between the date of collection and the delivery date. They just turned up unannounced. Shortly after the tv started playing up again.



This is now the second time that I have sent the tv in for repairs and I have made it very clear that I do not want it back, that the tv should be written off and I should be refunded.



Today I have been on the phone with Team Know How for approx. 55 minutes and I have been pushed from pillar to post seven times! My issue concerns the repairs service and I was passed onto five different admin persons and one person from deliveries! I was so frustrated each time having to repeatedly go through data protection before having to re-explain myself for the call only to find out they could not help me. By the time I got to speak to the 7th person I was at my wits end. He clearly did not appreciate my frustration and warned me if I do not calm down he would stop the call. I was so angry at the obvious uncaring inconsiderate approach of this individual that I just hung up.



In almost an hour I had gotten absolutely nowhere with regards to resolving my refund request issue. So I set out to make a complaint but only to find out that the complaints number is the same number I had already rung and I was told that Team Know How does not have a customers complaints department.



I find the services of Team Know How falling very short of what they claim to live up to. Therefore, I will in no wise be purchasing anymore items from Currys PC World neither will I be recommending or using Team Know How as an insurance service with any other item or supplier.

Don't buy anything from these people. They're quite happy to take your money, but when it comes to customer service they don't want to know. I purchased a tv that started playing up 1 week outside their 30 day policy. They didnt want to know. You have been warned.

Goods promised within a week but after 3weeks not delivered as they have no stock.

Cancelled order. No refund offered

Almost impossible to contact

Refusing to refund over £500

Have had to issue in county court as no means to contact them, numerous calls no answers as to when or if refund will be provided. Worst service I have ever had. Do not trust this supplier.

my hoover washing machine which is 15 months old caught fire and blew all my house electrics , ive been trying to contact someone with authority within currys to discuss this serious matter!!! if you have a hoover washing machine please dont leave on unattended !!! i will be going to trading standards as getting no where with currys or the manufacturers

All I want is some simple information on a product that I cannot get without phoning someone. I tried chat THREE times, the email doesn't work any more, I'm not phoning ANYONE. This is the question: Does this (link supplied) RANGEMASTER Professional Deluxe 100 Dual Fuel Range Cooker - Stainless Steel & Chrome code: 181857 come with 2 electric ovens only please? Some on the page have gas and electric ovens both. This doesn’t say.

We purchased a F/F on 4/1/2021 and found freezer not working, we had replacement delivered on 20/1/2021 and same thing happened. We have called on 4th & 5th Feb, the call service is ridiculous, waited over 20 minutes on each call and been cut off each time, left a VM on 4/2/2021 and no call back, please escalate to manager please.

10.52hrs Got e mail telling me my order had arrived in store. Got to store after going there during lunch break to be told by mr doorperson sorry 'MATE' not all arrived yet only part of it, told him 'my e mail clearly stated all arrived' was told 'not my problem MATE', 'if you got a problem contact customer service' I asked if he could do that as not a sole waiting but no cant help you there. 'Come back after 3 we have another wagon coming in then!! what sort of micky mouse company are you running. Customer service is a joke. Shall not be shopping-on line or otherwise with this company again
