Delivery awful.two men delivered my freezer and left it at the top of my drive by the gate said they couldn’t bring it down drive as too heavy and only have five minutes for delivery. So my husband who is 75 and awaiting a hip replacement and myself which I am 70 years old tried to contact you but couldn’t had to carry it all the way down our drive. We ask them to drop it by front door but would not and left. Terrible service we are regular customers of yours which obviously means nothing.

beggars belief, 20 months old tv but because I'd not bought extra warranty they think they have no responsibilities. You cannot complain; the email address response is “ This mailbox is no longer active, please visit our contact us page for further information on how to talk to us https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/contact-us-1181-theme.htm" going to the link does not enable you to “talk to” Currys at all!. There is not a complaints form or complaints procedure available, they should have a formal complaints procedure by law. Their staff lied to me, I have written confirmation of this, they are breaking the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by refusing to repair replace or refund. They are an absolute sham of a company with no idea of customer service and will try every means to weasle out of their legal obligations. I will never shop with them again, they do not deserve our custom. I have found other companies who will match or better Currys prices and they give you a 6 years warranty for free....yes 6 years for free... so why would anybody in their right minds deals with the CurrysCowboys??? Currys claim to have there own repairs engineers, It turns out that Panasonic do not recognise Currys as authorised repair agents so will not supply them with any spare parts, so the Currys staff are lying if they tell you they'll repair it!! Don't go near the CurrysCowboys

Electric Guitar

If I could have given zero stars I gladly would have done. When my daughter opened her electric guitar and amplifier which was her Christmas present we were so disappointed to say the leat that as soon as we turned on the amplifier did not work. Firstly, I took the item down to my local Currys store to see if I could return as the item was faulty, after patiently waiting in the queue for 45 minutes I got to the desk to be bluntly told - take it home and arrange for the courier to collect. Now considering "Santa" had brought this for my daughter sadly the belief has gone with her over the amount of time it has taken to get a replacement. Its now the 19th Jan - DPD delivered this into a warehouse on Northampton on the 30th Dec to confirm they had received. This is were the sheer frustration begins and has continued, I have had 8 online chats, spent 4.5 hours in queues to customer services and I am getting nowhere very, very fast!!!!! I have asked for it to be refunded for 10 days now so I can purchase her Christmas present from elsewhere, but I cant have a refund because they cant bloody find it!!!! and that's MY fault. Three times they have said they would contact me.....nothing, zilch!!!! despite them insisting on me confirming my contact number - I actually asked them today what they needed it for as I they don't use it, so tomorrow I try again and if I can speak to somebody who can give me another excuse - but they've thrown everyone at my now. Last week we were promised delivery on Friday 15th Jan - my 8 year old daughter sat and waited for her gift to be returned all day so she could use it - I chased Saturday to be told they could locate it and I had to allow another week. I'll be waiting till next Christmas at this rate!!!! People will probably say buy her another - but I am a single parent, and its her birthday next week - I don't have they spare money. Never in my life will I ever go to Currys again, they really do not deserve anyones custom.

currys essential cooker

purchased a new cooker this morning which i have to buy online because of covid unhelpfull staff at the store - on unwrapping the NEW cooker it has a massive dent in the side which the outer packaging was perfect - the cooker has had to be connected other wise my 76 year old tenant would be with out a cooker but curry online complaints is useless and nobody answering any phones - 2021 and currys customer service is non excistant

Fridge freezer broken, faulty. Needs replacing as under guarantee. Have 3 phone no's same auto message. No one answers hanging on for over half hour no answers at all. Disgusted. Need replacement urgently. Am 73yrs, disabled cannot get out in lockdown. Technician been condemned freezer. sent in report. Told to ring currys with go ahead replacement number . Tomorrow. No one answering phones. Help me please.

I had a LG tv delivered on the fifth day of January was told there was 14 days returns so that means there is time left to return it it has been opened but not used so will you please make a date for it to be returned thanks

Condenser dryer

I am disgusted at the customer service received by currys. I made my first online order with them on the 1st January as my condenser dryer broke down. Chose the model I wanted several were out of stock but chose the one I ordered as there was no note of it being out of stock. I needed this product as soon as possible due to health reasons unabling me to dry washing on a clothes horse in the house. I went through the order process and paid for the item via my credit card. Was advised it would take between 7 & 21 days for delivery. Two weeks later I have found that they took my monies on the 3rd of January but I have still to receive dryer. Spoke to them on webchat today advising it was not good enough that I still did not have a delivery date as I would have to organize time off work for it. The person on webchat looked into matter only to tell me the item was out of stock and i would have to wait for it to come in. I told them this was highly unacceptable it was in stock on their website when I ordered it and they should have phoned me to tell me it was out of stock and asked me if I wanted an alternative, but no they just took my money and kept quiet. I have since phoned their complaints and was told all they could do was cancel my order as they could not issue me with an alternative which they did advising me my money would be back in my account in 3/5 working days! What a way to run a business! Not only have they lost an order but also a customer I wont be shopping there again!

I BOUGHT A SHARK HOOVER ON 28TH DEC 2020 ONLINE WITH CLICK & COLLECT ,UPON OPENING WE THOUGHT IT WAS,NT WORKING SO TOOK IT TO BACK THE BRANCH WE PICKED IT UP FROM, THEY TOLD US WE HAD TO ARRANGE A COURIER PICK UP WHICH WE DID,IT IS NOW 14TH JANUARY & WE HAVE NOT HAD OUR REFUND INFACT NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM WHATSOEVER......I WILL NEVER BUY FROM CURRYS AGAIN, INSTORE OR ONLINE,CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
