Beko washer dryer

DO NOT BUY FROM CURRYS!! they treat their customers with utter disrepect and contempt. I am amazed that people are still buying from this company. I purchased a washer dryer that was immediately faulty. trying to return this for a refund has been the most stressful experience. No customer service, constant lies being told when you do speak to someone. They say they have sent confirmation emails, they havent it is just a lie. The washer dryer was supposed to be picked up on 30/11/20 an engineer turned up to repair it!! utterly disgraceful service. To the CEO of Currys, you need to keep you customers happy or you wont have a business. ANyone reading this review, please go to AO they understand that customer service is a priorty and cannot do enough to help you. again DO NOT BUY FROM CURRYS YOU WILL REGRET IT

Cannot contact Currys. There service is so bad that they wont answer their telephone. Their e mail doesnt work and their website wont let you write on it.

Wanted to spend £800.00 on white goods but your online sales would not let me order so forced to go elsewhere .Its a pretty poor show that a company who sell and specialise in selling IT equipment cant even cope with customer demand on line it hardly inspires customers to buy no excuses please in the current economic climate it is criminal to loose business in this way suggest you terminate person responsible for this situation of comercial suicide.PS I only rated you 1 star because it would not accept zero

american freezer

purchased £500 freezer still under guarantee 1 week ago freezer faulty they have not bothered to let me know when it will be repaired rubish after sales service

Visited Llandudno Store on 21 Nov 20 to purchase Sony WH-1000XM3. This is priced at 219 on line. At the store 269. Sales assistant didn't know about the difference in price. They didn't have one to sell either and didn't care if I purchased it on line. Have now purchased headphones from John Lewis.

A very poor and couldn't care a less attitude shown by this Currys sales ambassador !!!!

Here is an email that I have sent to consumer right.

i bought a laptop at Curry's on the Knowhow scheme, pay monthly. I have had the laptop for just over a month. For the first time on Sunday I went on Zoom with the family. Nobody could see me so I had to go into the settings. I found the webcam not working. Today I called knowhow and was told how reset it to factory settings. The webcam still was not working, I was told that it could be repaired. I told them that its a faulty good and want it replaced. I was then told that they had one in store at St. Helens and that they would replace it. At the store, they told me that they could repair it and not replace it. I explained that it was faulty from day one but i never knew until I tried on Sunday. In the end, nobody was interested and I said I am not paying £6oo. for a laptop that is faulty. They just said it's over 28 days. I left it there at the store and said I will not be making any payments. I don't know what to do now.

just tried to pick up a item from Poole store which I had all the details on my phone could not get into it, asked a member of staff to help he wasn't helpful at all it was as if we were a nuisance to him I am cancelling my order. I try to support local shops but if I heard Curry was in trouble would not be surprised. I would recommend any one who is reading this shop at John Lewis I have never had a problem but more importantly the staff are lovely, I have a business which deals with public I remind my staff that these people who we serve pay your wages maybe curry management want to remind their staff of this . myself and two other customers drove off in disgust .IF I COULD HAVE PUT NO STARS I WOULD OFF

I called the customer service helpline as the tv has developed black lines down the screen, the guy on the phone can only offer a repair service and not a replacement (tv only brought in March 20) and this is going to take 7 days from collection date which is a weeks time. Whilst the tv is away being repaired curry’s will not offer my elderly and vulnerable parents an alternative tv to watch and basic got told tough. When I questioned the guy about this and asked him what he would do in this situation he just said watch tv in a laptop, I said unfortunately my parents don’t have this alternative and basically again was like yep look at the walls. Considering the currently situation I think this is absolutely disgusting that curry’s are not prepared to offer a loan tv whilst the other one is being repaired, even though in my eyes it should be replaced as not a year old. Another thing that made me laugh is when I asked to speak to a manager and for this to be escalated, I got told he will have to call you back within 72 hours as they don’t take calls and only work till 5pm, where the shop etc are open u till 8pm, surely they should have a manger working until 8pm. The guy wouldn’t give me his full name either for my recorder due to gdpr.

install and delivery

Purchased a W/Machine on a Friday, delivery and install meant to happen on following Wednesday, 3 hour time slot. 3 minutes from end of time slot call from driver wouldn't be coming as lorry too big! Rebooked for Friday, same guy same lorry and a call to say not coming lorry too big. No one to talk to!

I bought a freezer from Curry's in May, it became faulty in September. I was promised a repair/ assessment but was told no engineer available. I wrote to Curry's at their head office to request a refund. Never got a reply. Went to local sop to complain, as a result I was offered a relpacement. When I phoned to arrange it I was told it was out of stock. Asked for a refund. Since then nothing. It is now November. If there was a rating lower than one star I would use that. Their customer service is not fit for purpose. Do nt buy anything from this company.
