They need to update the sales website when the items are sold out. I wasted my time and energy going through the site thinking I was getting a bargain. I'm so disappointed and would not recommend it. Be prepared for disappointment.

I returned 2 parcels to Debenhams via Hermes on the 13th August 2021. I am still waiting a refund (total £60.00.) 3 of their telephone numbers are "not recognised" nor was the e-mail delivered that I sent to them. Not good enough.

Disgusted with this failed shop.
I have been waiting over a month for a refund/ignored my letter to head office.
The website is out of date and needs closing down.Bombarded every day with emails promoting themselves but cant be bothered to give me over 100 pounds that i am owed/i am going to get in touch with a small claims court.

A text message was sent to the customer services number of The Debenhams Store, about an employee seen at The Wallis outlet, in spring/summer 2017. A deletion of the message was requested.
