Absolutely the worst and most dishonest company I've ever had to deal with. They charge for absolutely everything yet take No responsibility for anything they do. They are still charging a fee for bidding online despite it not being possible to physically attend an auction anyway. They have added so many changes to having a vehicle collected that it makes no sense to do so and you ha e to use their delivery service, the only time slot they will give is between 7am to 9am but your lucky if they actually turn up at all yet when you call to ask where your delivery is they are rude and unhelpful, then the reschedule it and don't turn up then either but yest again absolutely No concern to them whatsoever. If your lucky enough to actually receive your vehicle you can almost guarantee that it will be far worse than the description they have listed it with, not only will it have at least twice the amount of damage it was listed with but the staff at Copart will have taken anything worth taking before you receive the car, all the matts, usually the parcels shelf and basically anything else they fell they can sell elsewhere. The battery is often swapped for a totally useless one, not just dead but not even chargeable. The have the monopoly and are certainly making full use of it.

Dear Sir or Madam Following on from my previous letter I am disappointed that we have been unable to reach an agreeable resolution to this situation. I am now in the process of collating all evidence relating to this situation and I am considering my next steps within the legal system. I would like to offer you one final opportunity to consider my previous correspondence and requests before I pursue this further. To confirm, my preferred outcome in this situation would be be paid the money for my car I ask that you respond to this letter within 14 days, otherwise I will begin to commence legal proceedings via the court procedures of Scotland to resolve this matter. Regards
Mariusz Sulik

I've sent them a Mercedes E class w211 radio 2003 2.7 CDI with hopes of getting some cash for it. I've asked people on the phone how is the procedure and no one explained anything, they said I have to speak with my seller and started transferring me to him... Transfer after transfer after transfer (not even Apple has that many transfers of calls) it started ringing... 1 2 3... 10 mins No answer... I said okay they must be busy, let's communicate through email (I myself don't pick up on random numbers-never... Full of telemarketers). They probably tryied to call me, but it doesn't show that its Copart on my phone, so I never picked up. I've sent them an email saying that I want to communicate through emails. They return an email saying that my car auction was for £250... (with no explanation about their "fees" etc...) and said If I accept the offer or if I go again, in most cases the offer is even lower... So I said I accept (even though for a car like that £250 is nothing, I can sell it for parts and get a lot more for it)... And today I get a cheque for 41.20... Yes £41.20 for a Mercedes E class 2003 2.7 Cdi which is still running... I'm outraged.... Don't ever use Copart!!!! Learned my expensive Lesson
