Excellent for readers of consent. In the event that you run out of money, say three or four days before your payday. Longer term, not really, but it's up to you. I called customer support and got the loan reimbursed within a minute, but I needed the money to cover my overdraft five days before I was paid. I paid only 6,5£ for 5 days instead of 200£. Suggested for readers with comprehension skills. (Forget about Brexiters.)

Five stars for the way the complaint was handled! I filed a complaint about reckless lending around six weeks ago, and throughout that time I received multiple emails with updates, all of which were still pending the outcome of the investigation. I received an email today with the final response, which included a request for my bank details to be credited. I responded with my credentials, and an hour later, I had the money in my account.
