jjust imposible to get through to parking imformation when using phone meant to be for people who cannot use on line information.

I used to be able to use my mobile to pay for parking, suddenly this was no longer possible as I cannot get the app.Have been trying to talk on phone to get advice but just goes on ringing, never answer. Have spent hours holding on. This is unacceptable, I am 86 and have some walking probs, and need to park near the doctors, if have to walk to pay parking metre very difficult. I cannot get this information on line, which is why I CONSTANTLY PHONE AT THE TIMES INDICATED.
