Since moving to Ashford a short while ago, I must say that I have never encountered a more helpful, courteous, and involved council. One of my bins vanished the moment I moved in, but it was quickly returned. The next week, I called to have some furniture removed, and it was done. It is consistently simple to contact; there is no need to wait or circle back and forth with alternatives and extensions for unresponsive departments. I'm grateful.
