Despite the negative publicity surrounding water providers, I am happy to report that Cambridge Water—and specifically its staff members Joanne in the office, Andy in the on-call customer contact role, and Matt, Owen, and David in the emergency team—has received positive coverage lately. Everyone gave me an excellent reaction to my leak under my house. The excavation crew under Matt's direction did an excellent job of finding the main and stop cocks, and Andy in particular could not have done more. During a trying period, I want to thank each and every one of them.
