Rude behaviour of a staff member

City where company is located (optional): Manchester airport T2 airside

One of the staff members at Manchester airport T2 was extremely rude to me. He was wearing a Barista shirt and started shouting at me without a reason. Please note, I didn't say a word to him before he started shouting . He said he does not like my body language. That is strange. Please get the psychological evaluation of this staff member done. I was fearing physical assault.

open avocado sandwich

I was excited when Pret added this sandwich to their line. However, the sandwich I bought today was inedible. The avocado was completely unripe and I had to spit it out. I'm a great fan of Pret, so was very disappointed by this product.

It’s seems convenient that in the hot weather a number of outlets in the west end cannot make a cold smoothie as either the machine has broken down

Not a good service when it appears it’s too much effort to produce a smoothie and easy to just offer coffee
