I have been waiting for a delivery for 2 weeks. Phone customer service 6 times always going to get back to me but never do !!!! . I also had a delivery on the Monday but should of been Tuesday it was on my door step in the rain .They didn't let me know it was coming!!!!! . What has happened to this company 🤔 ?????? Told customer service yesterday day l was going to make a complaint to be ask what for !!!!!! This is just not good enough D .Adams

incompetent refund procedure

Had to return an incorrect on line order in store. Refund only processed 2 items instead of 4. No receipt given at point of sale so no way to check before leaving store. Rang to explain and was told I would have to return to store again, 10 mile return journey. Went again and told refund is now complete, no receipt at point of sale and no confirmation email received. Rang again and was told will just have to check with my bank as they can't check and emails don't always get sent. If incompetent system hasn't processed my refund I suppose I will be expected to return again to the store, 30 miles round trip. Is it worth it, NO, customer service, no stars will not shop on line here ever again. No email to contact to get it sorted, the only people I can speak to by phone can't sort it, useless.

Failed to deliver item but won't speak to the wife to sort it out "company policy" even though my details will happily be sold to a telemarketer! I work full time and do not have the hour spare needed to call them, cause that's how long it takes to get through. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use them again.

dunelm have got my order wrong 3 times now its ridiculous i just dont know what to do. i keep being told they have sorted it out and then get it wrong again. knowone gets back to me and the lines are not open long enough hours to get in touch. I bought a bed topper ,two bays ago,in very bold letters its said Memory foam, so. I brought 65 pounds, when i got home opened it and saw it was NOT memory foam,.looked at packing and saw in light letteing
Cooler than .i think this is missleading,as i can not take back

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered a large rug to be delivered before Christmas as it was a Christmas present. The item did not arrive when stated. Numerous calls made with long waits for 2 weeks. Eventually after many emails we were contacted with a new delivery date for 6 days later. That date arrived and still not item. Another half hour put on hold today for them to disconnect the call once I finally got through. Absolutely livid. Still no explanation, no update. Do not buy from Dunelm!! Would have given 0 stars if possible.

After speaking to the idiot robot complaint (IRC) system I eventually got to talk to a human. I persuaded the human to send me an e-mail, thinking they would be contactable without the IRC interfering! STUPID BOY! The human hides behind a no-reply e-mail address!

Receiving marked and damaged wallpaper.

Hi there on Saturday 7th November I purchased 4 roles of wallpaper (apex geo sidewall wallpaper rose gold) item number- 30680339

received on the 13th November 2020.

However today 29/11/2020 it has been unsealed to be put on the walls. The paper is marked with brown/black patches all over it. I would like to make a complaint due to the paper being faulty.

Not sure I have emailed the right department but I hope it can be forward to the right place.
