I am writing to inform the manager of this service, about a newspaper, including a magazine, put into the letterbox of a residents address. Strangely, in spring/summer, 2006, this item was inputted for no. 49C Elgin Avenue, Maida Vale, London, for Mr. Kevin Dunkley, by an aquaintance. I, assume, this person had thrown away or used the paper. Although, an item unsent nor dealt with by the Royal Mail Group, could you please check into this immediately. customer

I posted package to my son in China on 20th. Sept tracked. It cost £9.70. When I track it is says it has left the UK. When I rang the customer service number it is all automated. You cannot talk to anyone. The website is pathetic. It gives you an email and when you mail it tells you it is not monitored?? How do you get hold of anyone?? It is a joke.

I gave a parcel to send to Irenland, he wrote last letter which was actually number wrong, i wanted to contact them about it, barely found the number and when I called it was computer answer and I anly heard one third of word, how am I supose to understand what its saying!!! I cant find anyway to contact, wasted an hour for nothing!

I tried to raise a complaint with Royal Mail Complaints handling team buy contacting the number provided which is an 0345 number which costs 30p per minute. After working through a series of automated options which took several minutes, the wait time was 40 minutes which is completely unacceptable aside from the high call charge. My feedback is that the complaints line should be a toll free number and adequately supported to avoid lengthy wait times. This does not even deserve a one star rating for the complaints line. This review does not give me the option to record zero stars!

I placed an order for a Birthday on time for delivery via Royal Mail. I kept tracking this and was advised it would be delivered on 30th July just in time. However I received a card through the door stating that the parcel was too big to put through letterbox and that it had been taken back to my nearest depot and that sorry i was not at home. NO NO NO!! I stayed in that day and work from home and no body knocked at my door. Now this Birthday present is late and I had to arrange re delivery which is supposed to happen today 2nd Aug. Lets See!! Totally disappointed as this is not the first time this has happened!!

I made a purchase of some lemsips from birmingham based chemsit direct who use Royal Mail (I can only presume is also based in Birmingham) -I cant be sure though

I had an email from them to say Royal Mail had got my parcel lost in transit

ROYAL MAIL; demonstrated inefficiency on this occasion - How do they know they may be delivering life saving medication & they did that (Imnot saying lemsip is but I have Lung disease & i cough 24 7 & they help me enormously & stop my lungs fllling up with fluid so I suppose in a way they are life saving hence why Ive ordered them from chemist direct monthly

This in my opinion is clear evidence of their lack of care & unprofessionalness on the part of Royal Mail -so careless

I cant even begin to imagine what would happen to a patient if they were delivering life saving medication if a doctor was forced to order it & using RM as their post courier If the patient was seriously ill or died -RM could be in serious trouble!!!

Disgraceful, Unprofessional on all counts - I wouldnt be surprised in the future if chemist direct change their post courier .Theyve let 2 sets of people down 1. Chemist Direct & myself as their customer who were innocently processing my order ready for me to receive it & they lose it in transit

Royal Mail have acted unprofessioanlly I feel on this occasion & negligently by their failure to deliver the ordered goods

My rating to Royal Mail therefore is a BIG ZERO & if Royal Mail contact me to ask why they will get the the same reception as in this message

I will be furious with them & making my feelings known about their lack of good service -In fact it was a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

Although I have given them a rating of ZERO the star rating only gives me a choice of 1-5 so I give them 1 for the rating but ZERO from me personally

cannot use online claim form as no. not supposefly correct.
cannot find correct emai! address. now no hair left.. bloody impossible
