Excellent finance and public value office. I was quite pleased to receive the statement of account the next day, as I needed it for a customer. I presume this is a fairly time-consuming document to compile. The employee was accurate and addressed every detail in my email request. Very well impressed.

Since there was no precise number for me to call in case of an issue, I guessed at the closest one and spoke with Louise S., who was incredibly kind, accommodating, and productive. After locating the individual I was meant to speak with, Louise called to give them my information. It would be fantastic if every employee at East Devon Council had the same qualities as Louise S. She is a credit to the organisation. Well done, Louise S.
