The work is alright, but I believe that management has trouble recognising the good in employees, and there are dwindling attitudes throughout the team, which is something that has probably always been.

Maintain a healthy work-life balance by working seven days out of fourteen, or four days one week and three days the next. You can even work every other weekend.
