The contract to supply my child's secondary school with the COVID vaccine was given to Virgin Care. They promised to return the following day. They arrived on September 30th and departed before vaccination for my child's year group. They still haven't returned, and nearly a month has passed, and COVID is ravaging my child's school like wildfire. An absolute mess.

At Bath's Virgincare Hospital, the quality of care is dismal. My spouse was left on the commode for forty minutes, and occasionally the personnel would not answer the call button for up to an hour. The NHS outsourced to Virgincare without implementing any safeguards, which is really regrettable.
