I really do not think it is possible to rate the mobile phone customer service provided by Tesco. Absolutely awful. Below zero. Strongly recommend that you do not use Tesco Mobile. Wait times getting through are enormous, and any question of any degree of difficulty is terminated - usually for having "failed security" after having explained the problem half a dozen times - then they "do security"! Too difficult. So they cut you off. Appalling stuff.

Your awful systems

For 6 times now I've tried to take out a Tesco mobile 'phone contract and buy a new iphone. In the course of this time-wasting exercise I've talked to many really pleasant and efficient Tesco Mobile staff members, all happy to oblige yet on each occasion after being accepted as a potential customer, debit card and credit checks all OK, the system has YET AGAIN rejected me. This is a new experience in my life; most commercial operations want my money but for some reason Tesco doesn't. What is wrong?
