The bathroom mirror is gorgeous, and the customer service has been outstanding throughout. We are delighted to suggest this company, and given our experience, we would definitely make another purchase. Many businesses are delighted to accept your money, but they disappear when something goes wrong. When we had a problem with Better Bathrooms, it was resolved quickly and with great customer service throughout the entire process.

I only got a portion of my order. Better bathrooms called and said I had all I needed. I had to pay again and reorder the taps; I was not impressed. Better Bathrooms has since reimbursed my money, so everything is well. I must add that the taps were also really beautiful.
