Pontins Customer Service: Phone, Email, Contacts.

Filthy and broken furniture,dirty floors and windows,no bedding supplied,dirty toilet,could not stay there so sought accomodation elsewhere,I would expect a complete refund of the cost

The most disgusting site we have ever been on. There’s not one nice thing to say about it. Apartment was vile, hardly been cleaned. Floor stunk of urine, massive water leak outside another apartment, curtain hanging, no cupboard doors, windows disgusting, mattresses awful. Stairs on way up to club have never been cleaned, it also stunk of urine in corridor before you get to club, staff not helpful at all they weren’t bothered. The whole place needs to be knocked down!!!!!! Thank god for the beautiful beach!!!

shocked at the recent stay we had, elecrticity was cut at night even though we had paid for electric. The food was ruied from the fridge, no one came after ringing the emergency contact number. Swimming was a disaster having to walk back to our apartment to get dried and changed as there was no time or changing rooms to do this

Not good dirty food just dirty smelly mess I just want to get my money back

We payed £169.00 for a 3 night break,6-9 th august,i really wasn't expecting much because i have stayed at pontins park"s all around the uk,but i really need to say that camber sands was beyond belief,it was DISGUSTING to say the least,how could anyone be expected to stay in a place so dirty ,that i had to clean the chalet before i let my granddaughter's step a foot inside,
I was disgusted ,having payed the price i did ,
There was sand all over the floor,a ripped up t shirt under one of the mattresses in the bed room,paper ,sweet wrappers and USED toilet paper under the beds,not enough cutlery for us all ,no dust pan and brush ,the cooker was rusty,the toilet wasn't even screwed to the floor ,so it moved every time it was sat on,windows where so thick with dirt somone had drawn a smiley face in the muck,
What on earth is going on ,why are you people still getting away with robbing people of there hard earned money,rest assured that is the very LAST TIME,we stay at pontins anywhere.

If you run out of milk portions uv got to pay to get more,also hinge n bracket on reception who have no idea what they doing

Very poor. Had to queue outside for over an hour.
Accommodation was not fit for disabled person. Accommodation was dirty.
Duty manager was very abrupt. Did not care that we had disabled person in group.
. Kept on tell different stories about the issues in hand.
The security were more helpful than him.
Left site in disgust
