On a normal business day parked on your car park thinking pc world is open. After years of giving my custom to you disappointed getting a ticket from vehicle control services. In the middle of the pandemic I thought it was safe to park away from the crowded area. Ticket reference is vcs6025936. It’ll be nice if you can resolve this matter with vcs and I no there are other people upset by this as well.

PC World LLC sucks. All the numbers listed on the web, including at least one of their emails, are no good and either there's no answer or the numbers are no good. They tried to charge my account $399.99 for a service I didn't sign up for. My BOA Fraud Division has been notified. I can't get a confirmation of cancellation even though I initially got a hold of a Nick Sanders and Roger Kent at chuchadbs24@gmail.com. I fear this company is a fraud. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

My partner put in a computer for repair on the 23 February. It was then sent off to MSI for repair, Repaired by MSI and delivered back to Mallard Rd, Bournemouth Branch on the 23rd March.

Since the 23rd of February we have received NO courtesy calls or any correspondence of any kind. We have tried the numbers on the website none of which allowed us to speak to a human and continually sent us around in circles.

Today is the 1st of July, my partner went down to Mallard rd store. to which she was told, her computer was not there and had been sent to a warehouse as the store could not hold it there over the lockdown period for insurance purposes , which quite frankly i think is unbelievable. And it could now take a considerable amount of time to locate the computer, and they will email her when it is finally found. this is by far no kind of customer care, as i have already stated not even a courtesy call has been received by ourselves.

The service has been disgusting and we have both said we will never be using Currys again, which is a shame as we are also Professional Vloggers and are always upgrading our technical equipment for YouTube. I look forward to a speedy response from yourselves. Mr Glenn Miller.
