My son purchased £50 credit back in Feb 2022, declined 3 times so abandoned it. 9 months later they have taken £150 from his account and despite him emailing explaining the issue, they are refusing to refund any of it. Cowboys!!

Hello again I am emailing you again.

I am still not happy with this service I have asked for a phone call of a manager.

You had my item on Monday 22/2/21

I haven't heard of anyone by phone call.

I would like to make an official complaint about this matter.

The service is disappointing.

I would like my £200 back and you can keep the item in question.

I then can go and get a console from a better company who care about the customer.

I have the recipe for this item.

This is th 26th email I have sent to you.
