Outlook email account being closed

Microsoft locked me out of my email account at Outlook.com. I am abroad and need my emails in order to access C-19 tests to return home from holiday. I cannot access the computer device I usually use until I get home. I cannot get home without the references in my email account. Two recovery attempts with details of date of birth, postcode and emails sent and received rejected out of hand. Useless. Will be forced to find an alternative email supplier. Then I need Microsoft to forward all my historic emails and compensate me for the extra UK return costs caused.

I have been locked out of my microsoft account for something I didn't do; I do not have a phone to receive a security code, and I am unable to create a new account. 0/10 faulty and unfair service.

Web browser news page

I am sick of reading articles posted by Microsoft from newspapers that are largely right wing, bigoted and misinform millions of people who access your news articles. Microsoft is a huge global corporate organisation with a worldwide audience. I would have expected more from Microsoft than to spread this fake information that these newspapers are providing. Today I read an article about immigrants in the Daily Mail. The analysis is really following a political agenda whose narrative is largely racist and bigoted. The article is about how migrants are claiming that they have been trafficked by gangs/groups such as County Lines as a way of getting out of being deported by the Home Office. The article fails to fully explore the matter of human trafficking and slavery or the activities of County Lines, who are exploiting anyone they succeed in finding is vulnerable and that includes immigrants who have been given leave to remain as well as those waiting for the outcome of their cases and County Lines is more than likely involved with other organized criminal groups. They are targeting our own British children, young people and vulnerable adults and the level of service being provided to safeguard our own young people is absolutely appalling and shameful.
The government has done very little to really address the serious emerging problem of County Lines who are cashing in on using/abusing and exploiting our BRITISH children, young people, vulnerable adults AND unaccompanied asylum seeking minors living in the community and/or immigrants who are adults, awaiting the outcome of their asylum applications. However, the Daily Mail seeks to pursue it's political agenda only to further marginalize and alienate already marginalized groups of people. Why can the Daily Mail (AND MICROSOFT) do something to argue for resources to tackle this increasing and huge serious social problem. We are growing a really serious problem and are already seeing the huge toll it is taking on the lives of young people from knife crime, gangs, drugs etc etc. Perhaps the Daily Mail could use its very valuable resource of the media to actually inform the British public and seek to campaign for a better funded Police Force to really tackle this issue. Instead they seek to whip up mass hysteria about immigration and do so with Microsoft's support. SHAME ON YOU MICROSOFT for providing a platform to this jingoistic trash, misinformation and racism.
