I went to Adidas in Cannock with my family. Luke served us this morning. an actual asset to your group. Luke was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. Extremely kind and smiling, particularly on this hectic day. Fantastic service; many thanks.

I visited Oxford Street's flagship Adidas store. I had a problem with some trainers I purchased from a different store, called Junio Gazelles. I visited the original underground-level area. Despite not having bought my pair from adidas because they didn't have my size, she was incredibly nice, patient, helpful, and friendly! She helped me far more than I could have imagined. Outstanding client support! I'm grateful. She was a tall, dark-skinned young woman wearing black-framed spectacles, but I didn't learn her name.
