disgusting paying £15. month for premium card is normally £25 have received nothing not a voucher told today going back up to £25 again can’t use the card holiday insurance as we are not allowed to travel speaking to someone the other side of the world who can hardly understand you 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️just cancelled card

Have tried to buy German rye bread in Leamington Spa store for several weeks. The bakery does not know why they have no delivery neither does Coventry. Tried your head office and phone cut off after waiting 15 minutes. I have noticed that a lot of different breads are missing from your bakery department. It would save me a journey every few days if we had some information. Terrible service

Brilliant covid safety measures in place and then you find in the middle of the store six rails of sale products. The veey nature of a crowded sale rail means the clothes are being touched by numerous people. Not good guys

2nd. Email. Before lockdown I shopped at the Eastbourne store quite regularly. Since I have shopped frequently because a} Quality excellent b} Staff always obliging c) Quick organised checkout. I have recently frequently bought the fresh pre-packed (6) steaks - delicious for £10.00. I then bought the thin-cut sirloin steaks for £17.50 expecting the same quality. THIN is an understatement, in fact they would have been better raw even though I did show them to the pan. There MUST have been a cutting, packing mistake, There was hardly anything to cook let alone eat and especially when my family - including children. were looking forward to a rare steak. They were indeed RARE. All of us were very disappointed in this M & S product , £17.50 is a lot of money for nothing you must agree. I await your comments with interest. Incidentally I have one such steak left in my freezer if you would like to see what I mean!!!

for some reason or another i have found that the last three times the spanish red grapes, have been in poor condition, rancid, and well past the date shown on package, i suggest problem with storage ?

I have tryed to email marks and Spencer's on different email address all of which have bounced back to me.

I have tryed to ring on the number provide and three times after someone was on the line and all went silent I was cut off.

On two occasions it was after 15 minutes each time of being on the line the last occasion it was after nine minutes just cut off I heard the phone be put down.

I'm just want clear instructions on how to email marks for advice on how to return a item of clothing bought on line but I didn't receive a invoice in the parcel.

I ordered on line some flowers and a bottle of Prosecco for my daughters birthday. I wanted them on next day delivery but they could not deliver until the following day, which I had to accept. Order Nr. 301-0014540-8253500 on 30th. May 2020.

The flowers arrived on the 1st. June. I spoke to my daughter on Thursday 4th. June and asked her if the flowers were okay, as had a reason for asking, which is subject to another complaint that I will follow on with.

She said she was very disappointed, but did not want to say anything as they were a present. She said that some of the tops of the flowers were broken and they were in a poor state. The water container was almost empty where there was a leak in the container.

Second complaint. My partner who had ordered the flowers for me also went into the store on the Gapton Hall retail park, NR32 0LZ. on 29th. May 2020 at 11.27 and purchased a bunch of flowers for Her Sisters birthday. Receipt Nr.15652746 43213 108 1412 cost £15.00. They looked fairly good when purchased, and she took them straight to her sisters, and she put them in a vase. When she spoke to her sister on Tuesday 2nd. June, her sister said that the flowers were almost dead. Upon hearing this, I telephoned my daughter and she told me what I have said about the online order.

I have always been a strong supporter of Marks and Spencer over the years, and always thought that they provided a quality product, be it clothing food or flowers etc.

I would like to have your comments back as soon as possible.

Dear Sir / Madam,



I am writing to you to raise an issue about: In-store shopping



The issue that I have experienced was: Since the opening of the clothes section during this crisis, I have been met by very polite & friendly staff even the security.

After my Food hall shop, I decided to browse the trousers. then heading towards the exit, around 11;30am, when myself & another customer was called back by a Caucasian man aged about 60 years in a dark navy trousers & jumper holding what looked like a clipboard. He said sternly & in a very unprofessional way " No this way out"! Then patronizing me adding , "If you had looked to see the arrows on the floor it points to the way out, its very simple".

To which I replied as i'm walking out " I'm not a robot, i missed it, i thought that was the exit" The other lady clapped back at him in agreement, implying he was very rude & he didn't need to speak to us like that.

I heard nothing else from him as I walked out.



It occurred on: 24/05/2020



This meant that I felt very intimidated as though being ordered by a policeman. This affects my shopping experience as i'm wondering whether to return although I really like the store.



Bring this to his attention, not to insult the customers. Let him know to keep his attitude professional. Make him aware that his manner is unacceptable & if he cannot handle customers simple error, maybe he needs to brush up on his skills & learn patience or simply not work around them. There are fragile people around.



Maybe you could put up a a poster sign showing exit this way. I must say, the layout is not clear & looks confusing.



I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

I bought a jumper from you last year although only worn it a couple of times. It is shedding bobbles over the house continuously. My daughter had a cardigan also last year from the large range which did exactly the same. I don't expect a refund, but would like to explain to you in order that you know what happened.The article was 09379534 T388230U/02797 Marine (14).
