would not order on line again. First time ordering called first to get some advice on my order which cost 21.98 with delivery. My order came with out fries and was told by a very rude ,evasive ,patronising unprofessional manager named Paul that it was the Just Eat App that was at fault its KFC menu and my order came with fries as standard. Told it was no point in complaining to the complaints department, and his assistant manager that was sat next to him at the time would tell me the same. Is that any way for a manager to speak to a customer. Well 21.98 and a hungry family is not pointless to me. surly if there was a problem with the App and how you had to order I should have been told or if the person was'nt sure she should have asked the manager before allowing me to carry on with my order. Which I found unfair. On KFC glowing No More About Us says all Team members, Managers ,etc are friendly they love and know the restaurant business well. That was not my expression, it was a very bad first time experience, because of KFC Hulmes manager.

Zinger Tower burger / chicken

Placed a 30 pound delivery from the Hall Green branch was delivered short no zinger tower burger short on chicken on a bucket, ordered through uber delivery was very quick but we now no the reason was short. When we rang to tell them they were very rude and told us to contact uber eats, No way would they except it was short spoke with Iesha on the phone no joy.
The bag came sealed with assign checked and sealed anyone who orders please check before the driver leaves. As we paid by card we lost our money, I would suggest you pay on delivery or don't order at all.
