Like thousands of other people, I was enmeshed in the problem of technical difficulties. I filed a complaint on Friday, November 24. I received a call today from a kind advisor who expressed regret and quickly fixed my issue. I'm grateful, HSBC. Events take place. Although it was annoying at the moment, there are worse things happening in the world.

She went above and beyond to think out the best options for accounts for me, and she calmly and promptly resolved my card issue. She also explained why it had happened and how to prevent it.
