My step daughter lives in melksham gardens Harold hill Romford Essex her neighbour has increased the size of the water main to his house which has reduced the pressure of the water feeding the rest of row of houses,she has been told civil mater nothing to do with them he has also connected a water softener so now there is no fresh water to drink how can the water board not take action ??????????
