I have been dealing with CCW since December 2020 and they are absolute waste of time. They do not return calls or emails and fail read the replies from Severn Trent. I’m not sure who is paying their wage bill. I hope it isn’t the taxpayer!1 I would give even 1 star rating however it doesn’t allow for negative stars it’s one star at least otherwise you are unable to submit . What an insult
