Personal goods of 3kg
City where company is located (optional): London

To whom this may concern it more than disheartening having to pay a large sum of money to receive a 3kg used item and now expected to pay again in Uk after all the unscrupulous stress from your replicable company. I’m more than willing to have the goods returned if this is the case rather than paying extraordinary cost for the items.

They are all personal goods neither is it for sale.

How can you mess up a delivery when city, state, and street address are correct.

Then tracking lacks on website and with email by at least an hour.

The patient would have died if you used their delivery services....

A total wast of time my pick up was for the 10/07/20 ,as of todays date 11/07/20 no pick up i am a first time user and can only say DHL are total rubbish do not use!!!!!

I paid for a before 1pm delivery so I booked my work address as delivery was going to be during the day, but no you decide to deliver after closing hours and can I get hold of a person to sort. NO I CANT. stop using covid 19 as an excuse

Parcel delivery from UK to Philippines

I booked a parcel collection in May 22 as i am sending parcel to Philippines.. Because of the lockdown my husband has yo stay home because of his health condition. The guys who will collect the parcel gave a report that nobody is at home.which is a lie as my husband was home and no one ever rang the bell. So i rebooked the collection to next week. Guess what .. same story.. nobody showed up so me being pissed took my parcel and brought it to the dhl depot in SN5. The woman there took my parcel. So i thought everything was okay until June 10 came, the parcel hasnt arrived yet. I contacted dhl and dhl parcel, been horrible to speak to them, they give inaccurate information, saying they cannot give info about it as i am the 3rd party. And also my parcel was sruck with customs which i contacted and i sent proofs of purchase on the laptop and mobile phone that is included in the parcel. Then they said my sister REFUSED to pay the tax which is a Total LIE because my sister tried to contact them and DHL philippines.. they never called her, as DHL parcel was saying.. and also DHL philippines was saying to my sister there will be a delay on the package and they will contact her when they will deliver the parcel and she can pay the custom tax upon delivery.. until now... the parcel hasnt arrived and nobody can give me bloody answers as to where it is. And DHL said they did nothing wrong.. PARCELS SENT THROUGH THE. ARE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. They dis not even logged my complaint as they said they dis nothing wrong so i will take them to court for falsity and deceipt.

I am shocked to see that my DHL parcel which was containing very crucial items had been delivered to a wrong contact and delivery address. It was supposed to be delivered to my correct address in Cardiff which was clearly stated on the DHL system and was supposed to be verified with a signature. The driver blindly dumped the parcel to a wrong contact and delivery address without verifying the information of delivery. How could this happen with such a well known reputed courier company like DHL? also for the past 2 days I have been struggling to get a proper update. The same old lowzy standard response comes from your customer service. Pathetic service, I need this parcel tomorrow under any circumstances and need a compensation for the mishandling of this crucial parcel that contains a laptop and flash disk with crucial data files that were recovered from failed hard drive. Who will be responsible if this parcel arrives to us damaged now? Who will be responsible if the data has been copied by other contact? who will pay for the value of this data that cannot be simply calculated? I need these answers. DHL, is the worst courier service in the world.

Parcel out for delivery to us on Thursday 9th January 2020. No attempted delivery made by UK DHL Parcels.
Parcel out for delivery again on Friday 10th January 2020. No attempted delivery made, although DHL van did pull up outside our house at 7:35pm and drove straight off again.
DHL on-line parcel tracking then told us delivery would be on Monday 13th January 2020, so we opted to collect our parcel from the local Enfield DHL depot this morning, Saturday 11th January 2020.
The only redeeming factor in this sorry tale, is the DHL staff member at the Enfield depot who retrieved and gave us our parcel, was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient.
I suggest he is made DHL UK Managing Director, as in my experience, bad customer service usually filters down from the top.
From now on with every item purchased on-line, I will check if delivery is to be made by DHL. If it is and the company won't use another courier, I will not purchase from them.
If you wondered why it is so difficult to speak to DHL Parcels by phone, wonder no more, I would suggest they just don't care.
