Big King burger

I brought a Big king combo.The food was Perfecto.But if you swe my wrapping for the sandwich,You would've not eaten it.My name is India Lewis 225-449-4089.I took to bites off of the sandwich and couldn't eat no more.I WAS SICK TO MY STOMACHE

I visited the burger King location at 48th Street and Warner Road in Phoenix, AZ, 9/25/21.
I think it is store# 7043
I was in line for about 5 minutes before I could even place my order. I took about 10 minutes to even get up to the window to pick up my order.
When I did get to the window I saw three employees behind the counter, including the cashier. There was trash on the floor. One of the employees was dancing around, the cashier was just leaning on the wall next to the window while the other two employees just waited for the food to come out of the back. When I left there was a line backed up from the intercom clear around the building to the point that I had to turn around and exit the parking lot the other direction. When I came around the building to exit on to the street the same car was still waiting at the intercom.
Relating to another cleanliness issue, on a previous visit I saw an employee putting cups into the rack where the cups are dispensed. She had here entire hand in the cup on top. I will never order a beverage at this location! Also, on today's visit I noticed that the cups in the dispenser were stacked well above the top of the dispenser. I assume the dispensed is designed to keep the rims of the cups clean, right?
Another note: I tried fill out the online survey to express my complaints but the receipt was un-readable! That is why I resorted to this avenue.

You need to investigate what transpired at your Winchester services store on 16th August 2021 @ approximately 2.15pm, we ordered our food. on listening to other people waiting we overheard that someone had been waiting 40 mins. against our better judgement we waited the order arrived at 3.30pm the fries were cold, and my husbands order was wrong. we went up to the counter by this time a manager had arrived and was telling everybody food ordered would be an hour that was it everyone wanted a refund, I put my stuff on the counter and was not going to wait in line for an £11.00 refund. This has totally ruined the Burger King experience for us. I will definitely not be recommending the Winchester services Burger king to anybody anytime soon totally ruined the start to our holiday

Once again, they couldn't get the order right. BOGO for $1 Whoppers. 1- minus tomato, extra onion and pickle, 2- regular and a large onion ring. That's it. So how, after repeating it twice, did I get 1- with tomato, extra onion and pickle and 2- no tomato and luke warm onion rings? 3 cars in the lot and noone else at drive-thru. The person in charge treated me with contempt when I took the burger in and walked past the new completed burger to the drive thru and stood there even though noone was at the window. I had to get his attention to hand me my burger. No, by this time I wasn't nice. They had no customers...there was no reason for the dismissive attitude. This was June 28, 2021 at approximately 8 pm. Someone please tell me how a "fast" food joint can continuously get simple orders wrong. Oh and get this, we were asked to pull ahead to a smelly trash can to wait for our order even though we were the ONLY customers. Unbelievable!

I visited this location on Wednesday Dec 31st. I had also visited the Burger King located near my home, South Avenue, Plainfield. I never realized that there was a difference in pricing, depending on the location. I am now aware the each location is owed individually. However I ordered my graddaughter a kids meal, burger, fries, drink. The pricing at the Berlin NJ location was $5.49 an increase of $2.00 from the Burger King in my neighborhood on South Avenue, Plainfield. I am not omplaining that the pricing is more depending on where you go, I am complaining that the prices are $2.00 more. To me that is a clear discrimination on demographics. There should be not valid reason why the Burger King prices in South Jersey is $2.00 more than the Burger King in Central Jersey. I just do not feel that is fair and there should be some consideration.. I am sorry it happened, but happy it happened, because I would not have know until I stopped at this location, to buy the exact same meal the day before. When I questioned the ppricing, I was told by the manager that each location can set their own pricing. Who wants to pay $5.49 for a kids hamberger meal. Not I

We visited Burger King today at Darlington Cornmill centre the tables were dirty and not cleaned, they had not been disinfected after other customers had sat at them. Due to being locked down for the last few months due to covid you would think cleanliness would be at the top of this fast food outlet agenda - clearly not. There were no hand sanitiser that I could see at the counter. I will not be eating with this fast food change any more. Disgusting is the only way I can describe my experience and this Burger King Outlet needs closing before someone becomes seriously ill.
