I purchased a Valentines card for my wife to be delivered on the 14th February it is the 17th February and still no card, I’m so disappointed in the service and will never buy anything from Moonpig again. I have tried to contact them however this is very frustrating and difficult. I have been on online chat and still no answers to my questions, and monies owed have not been returned.

So disappointed and not happy and currently out of pocket as monies have not been refunded.

Anniversary card arrived a day late. I made the card especially and requested to arrive on our anniversary. I had nothing to give. Terrible service. Would like compensation for inconvenience.

My Moonpig Mother’s Day gift arrived after four , repackaged by DPD sand smashed to pieces ! This has ruined my day , and would have cost my daughter a lot of money

After payment for a fast delivery service, 5 days on & item still not been delivered. Emails highlight that ‘no one was home’ & yet no attempt to put card through letterbox or leave with a neighbour or hide somewhere for customer.

I will never ever buy from these scammers again. I purchased a card in Sept this year 21. Today I looked at my bank statement and apparently moonpig gave COMPLETE SAVE all my details, bank details too, everything. They signed me up to a subscription for 15/month to come out of my acct. I have never even heard of Complete Save. DONT BUY FROM MOONPIG EVER

I ordered some flowers and a card for my wife on our 30th wedding anniversary as a bit of an hors d'oeuvre to our main festivities.
The flowers were great and arrived as promised but with a "sorry something went wrong" note apologising for the lack of card. Things go wrong, so no real problem. However, the customer service is appalling. I started off by politely pointing out that there was a problem but became annoyed by the repeated BS and claims that I didn't order it in time. Great to deal with until there is a problem.
