I am very disappointed and annoyed as the parcel has not been delivered as stated and tracked due to you not paying the correct postage.
I now have to pay the postage and travel 12 miles return costing me money when I thought it would be faster and cheaper to order online.

Ordered shoes and paid delivery cost. Tracked parcel should have arrived three days ago. Received a delivery request through the door as I needed to pay for weight due to incorrect payment from Zara. I have complained by phone but no apology. I am still awaiting my order. Disgraceful.

Dear Sir/Madame, I am writing to you to raise an issue about Bad/rude service.
I had my wallet stolen from your store. When we noticed this, the staff was very reluctant to help. At first, they ignored us and took a long time to see if it was in the found things. A significant amount of time was lost due to staff procrastination. In the end, we found the wallet, but all money was stolen. The staff offered no help and did not even apologise for the unfortunate incident. There was a security guard in the store, but her work, as it turned out, was senseless because the thief felt at home. Ultimately, the manager refused to see the cameras without even explaining why.
Also, your staff, having learned that we are of a different nationality, reacted very coldly to our situation. I can't believe you encourage xenophobia on your network.
It occurred on: 2022-11-17
It made me feel frustrated, and I lost a lot of money. Neither the security guard nor the manager can guarantee the safety of consumers. Due to the negligence of the security guards, the thief was able to steal the wallet, and due to the indifference of the manager and the cashier, we lost precious time when the police could have left immediately after the call.
I want to refund at least half of the sum I had in my wallet. Also, I want this situation resolved because there are doubts that one of your employees could have committed the robbery.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

I have been ordering from Zara for many years and have no problems, just recently they have become very bad, I moved in July 2021 and changed my address on my profile but each time I place an order they keep reverting back to my old address although in October 2021 my address was showing as my correct address, however I placed an order on 3rd October 2022 and again it was delivered to my old address I am at a loss as to why they reverted to my old address I also provided my work address which is the address I chose upon placing the order but this was ignored I was told to go to my old address to get the order but obviously the new owners denied any order arriving even though I showed the photo left by the postman I spoke to their online to someone called Ferdous who said sorry your order was delivered and there is nothing we can do basically I paid for someone else's order

To whom it may concern,

I’m extremely disappointed in the unprofessional and low standards customer service my family and I experienced yesterday at the women’s Zara branch at new street by the bullring.

Terrible customer service. I purchased an item yesterday and as soon as I paid for it including a 10p paper bag which the gentleman at the cashier did not inform me that it’s single use or non-refundable. I was still on the shop floor when I noticed that the time I purchased had a hole from the security tag and makeup stain on it. It didn’t take more than 2minutes that I went back to the cashier. He was able to refund the item, however he refused to refund the paper bag which already had a big hole in it. I asked the security guard to contact the manager which he kindly did. Upon the arrival of the store manager, she was extremely rude, unwilling to listen and informed us that it’s the company’s policy which is available for me to read online. I was so shocked at her illogical reasoning because I did not do a virtual shopping, and there were no signs or notices in the shop. She insisted that it’s a shop policy and I did explain that 10p isn’t going to make a difference to you or to me but it’s the principal of lack of clarity and utmost rudeness. I will make sure to never shop at Zara and nor will any family or friends shop there again.

I hope you can improve staff training to learn how to communicate with customers. Also, I would appreciate a reply and compensation for the insult and rudeness of the store manager. I had never come across someone at her rank who had utmost disrespect.

I hope no one else experiences this ever again.

I would appreciate a written apology.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online shopping

The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased a pair of mesh ankle boots online at Zara on 5th Jan 2022. I got a despatch note on 8th Jan 2022 and the boots arrived on or around 10th/11th Jan 2022.

Due to issues with zipping the boot up, I returned to store on 8th February 2022. The sales assistance refused to tell me the item, price refunded and refused to give me a receipt for the purchase - telling me I would have to wait for a receipt to come to my phone. This sales assistant refused to answer my queries properly and was quite hesitant and short with responses giving very little and obscure information back to me.

When I checked the refund, Zara had actually refunded boots from an order that I had not actually received. I didn't realise this until I was back at work. Note, I had re-purchased the boots online to see if the second pair would fit/zip up properly and when I went to re-order, the boots were reduced to £27.99.

I have tried contacting Zara, escalating the issue 3 times but they refuse to provide me with the full refund. Why would anyone take back £27.99 for boots I paid £59.99 for? I would have re-sold to a family member or friend or sold on eBay. I am extremely upset at my treatment and lack of respect as a customer.

I still have not received the boots from the new order/.

It occurred on: 08/02/2022

This meant that I am out of pocket by £32.

Zara have taken back the other boots and I have no boots but I have lost £32. If I had known or was informed I would only have received £27.99, I would not have refunded the boots.

I would like Zara to refund the full cost of the boots because you cannot refund boots that have not been received. That is misrepresentation and theft of my money.

I would like a written apology for my treatment.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

Yours faithfully,

Order number 52755717458

The shop is always messy, the escalators have been broken for 2 years, the staff are rude and unhelpful, there is never enough people on the tills, the whole experience is chaotic and unpleasant.

I would leave zero stars if this was an option. The Zara company policy is to give you 4 days post Christmas day to return a Christmas present and then have minimal staff working so that the choice is to wait in a queue for 2 hours or forfeit your right to return. On calling customer services, their response is that there is nothing they can do. What is the point of a customer services team if they don't care what the customer has experienced?? I will never buy from them again.
