Outstanding client support! Even though I wasn't using Virgin Trains for my trip today, I went to one of their employees for assistance in figuring out a different path, and he and his colleague were quite helpful! They should get a raise, in my opinion, since they handled a teenage girl who was having a breakdown today without receiving any complaints, even though I'm quite sure that's not part of their job description. Beautiful people and staff

Due to a one-hour, forty-minute delay, we missed our connecting train on a Cross Country service and would have been stuck in Manchester without a way home if not for the assistance of the Virgin Trains information desk. They paid attention to our predicament and took prompt action to ensure that we wouldn't be left without money or transportation home. I am really grateful for your assistance in finding the correct train for us, and we will now be more likely to choose Virgin in the future.
