Don’t bother buying from Tool Station they take your money then send a email/text saying goods are ready for collection, but when you go to collect the goods haven’t arrived yet and the staff say it doesn’t happen too often.the staff in store have given up best advice shop elsewhere

If I could give NO STARS I would still awaiting my delivery 3 days letter, no one answers the phone & when you go in store u have a lady called CHERYL who is so so rude & blunt no sorry for there mistakes 3 times & just the rudest lady I’ve EVER met she should not be working when I asked her why she was so rude she told me her dad died 5 weeks ago? Maybe this lady should not be at work how she spoke to me who having problems 3 times with delivery & on the phone over an hour still no one picked up it’s disgusting customer service & lady! She should be sacked

I went to Camberley branch for simple 13amp plug , after asking the Danny the till sales associate for the plug he told me to look up the article number , I told him I have glaucoma bad eyes can he please help , he replied not my problem blame the system then he asked me to leave because I told him what a crapy service I got , I’m very angry especially after he left his desk and followed me to my car and took a photo he refused to get a Manager saying he was in charge , even though it’s hard to believe . I will never visit or purchase any more goods from tool station ever again .
