I’m writing to report my continued disappointment with Tk Maxx online shopping service. Multiple times now I have ordered items that have been broken or have not arrived when purchasing next day delivery. Despite this I have placed multiple large orders (over £100) many days after the fact I am to be told that items have been cancelled. This time the order was made up of ‘to be’ presents for a special birthday. I think in this day and age online ordering services should not allow that items become unavailable/cancelled long after ordering.

I am really fed up with this and I am deferred from ordering online with TK MAXX in the future again. I am miles from the closest store and work the NHS therefore don’t always have time to travel.

Its not a complaint. If it's anything, its a COMPLIMENT!!!
I went to shop for my joggers as I am about to start a daily fitness routine. While I was there I saw a scooter for children and I decided to pick two up, each one were different make. I couldn't see what age it was for so I waited until I went to pay. I was in the cue and when it was my turn to pay I was greeted by a white male with slick back dark long hair, 6 foot tall, with rhomboid body shape, oval-shaped face and very attractive young man behind the till counter. I asked at what age a child is suitable for both scooters and he immediately knew where to look on the box. I felt embarrassed of myself for not seeing the massive print in front of the box but this gentleman reassured me that i wasn't the only one. I brought two joggers too but I changed my mind. He then went on to explain the benefit of wearing those joggers if I were to use those for exercising. Unfortunately, he couldn't convince me to buy them because the scooter was my priority as I was buying it for my Godson's birthday. This guy was brilliant in every way. He was focused, engaging, friendly, calm, efficient, attentive and an active listener. He knows his product too. He bears a positive attitude right there with him behind that counter. This guy's name is TONY, my hero of the day. The fact that he didn't mind me flirting with him shows that this gentleman is a team player. Tony cares about making his customers happy. Great service TK Maxx. Great service from TONY!!!! Thank you for my Excellent Customer Experience.

I was shopping at tkmaxx Taplow Slough a couple of weeks ago and noticed that the Manager of that store (Zoe) had made rude comments to other members of staff saying that she is British and that is why she is a manager.This is not the first time this has happened. Customers are shopping and spending money to get good customer service not to listen to rascist comments by members of staff especially manager.
