Having visited your store at the meadows in Camberley surrey on Mon 14th August, i thought I would purchase the 3 for 2 offer on men's underwear. As I had used my club card to obtain the gun for scanning all my shopping , I dutifully chose three items on the 3 for 2 offer and scanned them into the gun. Unfortunately it did not come up with the offer. At first I thought I had not selected the correct items so I removed them from my basket and tried again three times. I spent 15 minutes trying to get the gun to activate the saving but to no avail. I could not find anyone to ask at this point and I was getting extremely frustrated. Having worked in retail for over 43 years, I then decided to read the small print on the pos. The offer had expired on 13th august. The whole aisle was full of about 20 pieces of the POS and also a massive stand up sign was at the entrance part of the men's clothing section. Eventually I managed to draw a clothing colleagues attention to the fact that all of this POS was out of date. The response I had was that "they should have remove it". How can they have been missed. It was a whole aisle!! That did not help me as a shopper on that day. Trading standards were not adhered to. If it had been one or two pieces then I guess they could have been missed but a whole aisle and a large sign? I should have been offered the deal under trading standard rules but that was not the case. in fact I never even got a thank you for pointing this out. How many people would have just put them in their trolley expecting the offer at the tills? I am one upset customer and will not shop at that store again.

Following the recent report that showed supermarkest have been overcharging for petrol by about 6p a litre for some time, I am amazed that my localTesco (Hardengreen, Dalkeith) are still charging 144.9 per litre. I have recently travelled to Morayshire and the Scottish Borders and have found prices in small villages ranging from 140.9 - 142.9 at the most. Tesco in Elgin were actually charging 139.9 per litre so why is my local store charging 144.9. This is blatant profiteering at a time when they should be doing their best for their customers. I have stopped using this store for petrol and, instead go to my local Costco which is charging 136.9 per litre.

Hi I have fined for coming bake to shop at Tesco within two hours of my first shopping i spoke to the store manger and he said he will death with it, after few weeks I was send another notice so i went back to the store and the manager said I have to write to Horizon Parking. so i did email but still not solved i am really disappointed by this kind of service where many customers dont know the rule. i have still been shopping at Tesco but now I have made my mind and told family and friends to shop locally or go to ASDA one stop. i would like to pass a message to the manager to put a big sign at the door informing customers not to come back with in 2 hours or you will be fined £70 . i am going to send a message on sossial media and Birmingham mail about the policy so people stay away from shopping at such places
