"gentleman's" behavior
City where company is located (optional): Swindon

Hello. I wanted to "thank" for the "nice" customer service of me at tesco (Ocotal Way, Swindon SN1 2EH) 15.04.2022 between 8 pm and 8:30 pm by a bald "gentleman" (maybe a manager) who called me greedy and claimed that my actions will cause the products will go to the trash. He said that I take all the reduced products to the troley on purpose and that other people cannot buy them because of me. He did not want to hear my explanation that like everyone I can change my mind about product. I also had a meet-free products and at first I thought it was meat. That's why I put it away. This "gentleman" broke my whole evening. I put away all the products. I suggested to this "gentleman" that he can check on the camera that I was not doing anything wrong to anyone and I didn't take people's products. I was just waiting for the clients to take what they wanted - then he ignored me too. Thank You Tesco. I am a bit shocked but from what I remember it is this "gentleman" said that he has been working for tesco for 15 years. Looks like its not enough to become a professional, in my opinion he is arrogant.

Home delivery service

Ordered home delivery for first time. The driver arrived one hour late after slot and rang and was being very rude down the phone. I was trying to give him directions to the block I was in as he couldn’t find it and he wasn’t listening being rude about the lack of parking which I said I would come out to help as the parking isn’t great. He misunderstood something in the background then decided to hang up and leave and ignore my calls saying he will talk to his manager about this. I’m absolutely disgusted how these people get customer service roles with attitudes like that. I had no way of getting to the supermarket as couldn’t leave to far. Spent nearly £100 on this order and I had to ring tesco twice throughout the day to be told they were cancelling my order. Very disappointed with this experience. Utter disgrace. No need for rude , arrogant people , should find a job your more suited for

today around 6pm 16.6.2022. I was in the tesco store at blackley. when myself husband, grandaughter were going to the check out. the staff member on the till, stated she was getting of the till and moving acroo to the check out facing her. as she was finishing of serving another customer. so we stood waiting for her to move to the other checkout. the gate was shut , so its not as if we could put our shopping onto the till as we hadnt any access. she shouted across push the gate open, ill be with you in a minute. but my husband tried to open the gate at the till but wouldnt open. she then shouted acroo from the till were she was still serving the customer who was paying for his goods. and shouted youve lock it. so he tried to open it agin but it still didnt open. she then shouted sitting on her till. i will call someone to open it. with that a asian lady came along, put her key into the key hole and walk off. so within a minute later, my husband tried to opne it again. by pulling it up and pushing it forward. but it still wouldnt open. again the lady who was on the checkout shouted across again in a nasty manner to my husband. youve lock it again.. we must have been there at least five minutes. waiting for a member of staff to come along and open it with a key. as the checkout operater was also waiting for somebody to assist. the asain lady came over again.the checkout operater shouted across to her he as done it again.i didnt know why she said this, i then stated to the asian later, you should have opened the gate the first time, and we wouldnt have had this problem. then i stated to the checkout lady. we dont work for your company, you should have taken the time to sort this out with the gate. i then said to the asian lady if you had opened the gate up the first time without walking of this would have nevered have happened. she looked straight at me coming from around the checkout gate, and shouted it is what it fucking is.... i said who do you think you are talking to. how dare you speak to us all like that. i was a retail manager myself for over fitheen years, and i have never been spoken to like that. she walked away up the aisle shouting insults. i then said to the checkout lady who was then on her till how dare she shout and scream at me with a very bad attitude. by this time i went to speak to the manager in the store. but as ever he wasnt there to deal with is member of staff. i did speak to customer serve a male on duty. i explained. that i was complaing over a member of your staff who as got a very bad attitude. he asked who it was i was complaining over. i said a asian lady.. as i was speaking to him this asian lady came stomping over to custmer service mutterin gsomething i couldnt realy here what she was saying. she picked up the phone as shouted somebody to attend. the male on customer service looked abit shocked over what she was muttering under her breathe. then a male came over and i spoke to him. told him what had happened, and he apologized for the way i was treated he then said he would take it up with the manager about this member of staff. well i dont think that i want to be fobbed of. this lady need sacking... i would like a response to the action you will be taking otherwise i will take this matter furtherand write to your CEO within your company.
