Had no problems for more than six years. Their electricity is mine. a very user-friendly website with self-levelling invoices, adjustable direct debit dates, a seamless experience, and the ability to download bills whenever you choose. I simply adored it.
I don't know; maybe because I've never had to interact with the customer service team, my rating is far higher than most.

For about ten years, I worked with SSE, and I thought they were excellent. Excellent customer service—well, a little difficult to reach, but at least you receive a call back when they provide the menu item! extremely accommodating when it comes to payments. Regretfully, they are now extremely costly and find it difficult because the customer service appears to be lacking in comparison to others. Perhaps I'm being spoiled. I would have stayed with them without a doubt if they had made me an offer!
