I recently went through a terrible period and incurred debt, which was reported to Rundles Bailiffs. They demanded a £150 monthly payment, which caused me so much stress that I was unable to sleep or eat. I ended up calling South Good Council because I was so anxious and in tears. I spoke with a really nice MS CUFF from the debt recovery team. She's a valuable member of the council; she's kind and understanding. She made a special effort to assist with Rundles bailiffs and arrange a reasonable payment schedule. Much obliged, Miss Cuff. Even though it might not seem like much, I was able to sleep soundly once more and felt like a tonne of weight had been lifted from my shoulders. What a beautiful person! Once again, thank you.
