Chris and Susie, the sales assistants from Sofology at their Silverlink branch in North Shields, were very good! They were incredibly helpful, explaining to us how the sofa bed we bought operated and the different colour options we could choose from. The procedure was entertaining and educational! They were both excellent.

During my visits to the store, the staff was friendly and informed. Barry and Amy meticulously matched my curtain samples with the sofa swatches on December 5, 2023. With as much flexibility as feasible, Lee and Aaron provided a thorough explanation of the purchase and delivery alternatives on January 25, 2024.
