The ineffective Evri locker system caused my things that I sent back to Simply Be to disappear. Even though it was entirely Evri's mistake, the Simply Be customer support team worked with me and started the process of refunding my credit card within 48 hours, despite the significant irregularities and false, misleading documents from Evri! I'm grateful, Simply Be. Only when things don't go as planned do you realise how important excellent customer service really is.

Hi there. This review follows the initial order placed with JustBe. The quality of the garments really impresses me. I adore the stylish yet comfy clothing you offer. All of the clothing I own is from the Supersoft line, and it is really soft and cosy. I adore that you cater to plus-size ladies with larger buttocks and offer stylish clothing like jersey dresses with pockets and wide-leg jumpsuits that appear ultra-feminine while also adding proportion to the entire body. I will surely remain a loyal customer!
