MY MOTHER PARIDOKHT SEPEHRI AND MY BORTHER MOHAMMADREZA RAHAEI UP GRADE THEIR SEATS FROM ECONMY TO COMFOT AND PAID $400.00 FOR IT BUT THEY DID NOT GET IT BOOKING REF: RYNY8V ON 04 MAY 2022. SO WE ASKING FOR REFUND .GREATLY APPRECIATED

The present of Qatar Airways,
This is Ahmad khalili from Iran. I had an opportunity to visit Manila. Along with my son, on 26 January 2020s. But it led to a big distress afterward. Because, At the time of going back home the manager of Philippine Airlines prevent us from boarding ( after check in and waiting one and half an hour for departure) from NiNOY AQUINO INTL Airport to DOHA. Due to Qatar airways flight cancelation, without announcement beforehand. In spite of our insistence, neither Qatar nor Philippine Airlines bureaus issued tickets for the next flight. As a result, we had to experience a compulsory stay in manila for a while (71 days)
Although, I have reported the ongoing situations, both to your good office and Philippine Airlines several times. The only thing they have done were accusing the Philippine airlines of being guilty and in return the Philippine Airlines have done the same. Amid I have been put off so far by both Airlines organizations.
At first It seemed the case is a simple happening but now it is going to be a complicated issue and ruin our lives in terms of mental health as well as financially. Therefore, I would like to ask you for assistance and fair action.
