I never imagined that I would give my local government a five-star rating. In the past, I had negative encounters with the roads department. But still...They were excellent about the damage to my car during the road construction this time. They were prompt, supportive, and sympathetic. My problem was promptly fixed.

A useless council that finds it acceptable for the roads in Dean's Forest to have uneven surfaces and potholes. Coalway Road is a joke, and I'm tired of nothing being done about it. Why should I pay council tax or anything else? Organise the roadways. My car is damaged, and things will get worse.
