My boxer van is under warranty and can only be fixed by a peugeot mechanics but they are not available for 3 weeks! I cant live 3 weeks without a van. Im buying the parts from peugeot but they wont cover any of it. The warranty may well not exist if you have to wait 3 weeks every time

New 108 Allure
City where company is located (optional): Preston, Lancashire

When I purchased a new 108 Allure I was not told that the air con and heating controls were old technology . The car I traded in was a 108 collection which had up to date controls and it was 12 months old. I should have been told about this when purchasing . I would not have bought the car with that Knowledge, I wish to add that over the last six years I have spent tens of thousands of pounds at Peugeot and should I not receive any compensation or a replacement for the above I will take my trade elsewhere . Also I wish to add the chief executives in the UK and France have been informed so as to review staff performences .
